About us

Kyvalya Foundation is a social-impact organization working at the intersection of Education, Child Protection, Gender Equality, Entrepreneurship, Skill Development, Women Empowerment and Community Development.

Established in 2022, Kyvalya Foundation aims to bridge the urban–rural gap in education and opportunities by designing and implementing practical 21st century life skills, scalable and community-focused programs in partnership with schools, government departments, corporates, CSR organizations, NGOs and educational institutions.

With an experienced leadership team, 20+ core team members and 1500+ volunteers, along with a growing mentor and implementation network, Kyvalya Foundation has been working across multiple states and districts.

Our Current & Ongoing Projects / Initiatives

1. POCSO & Child Safety Training Program
We conduct POCSO awareness and child-safety training for teachers, schools, Anganwadi workers and education stakeholders, helping create safer environments for children. We have also undertaken large-scale school and Anganwadi capacity-building initiatives.

2. POSH & Gender Sensitization Programs
Kyvalya Foundation conducts POSH awareness and compliance training, gender sensitization and workplace safety programs for organizations, institutions and educational stakeholders.

3. ARSH & WASH Education Program
Implementation of Adolescent Reproductive & Sexual Health (ARSH) and Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) education programs in schools, including student workshops, assessments, teaching-learning material and reporting.

4. Kyvalya Foundation is working as a school-network/outreach partner for mobilization, school onboarding, teacher engagement, coordination and monitoring under the education-focused pilot, leveraging its extensive school network.

5. Education & School Development Programs
Our school interventions include teacher training, student workshops, life skills, awareness sessions, quizzes, career guidance, leadership, innovation and experiential learning activities.

6. Entrepreneurship & Startup Development
We support aspiring entrepreneurs and startups through entrepreneurship training, mentoring, business consultation, innovation programs and incubation support, helping young entrepreneurs convert ideas into sustainable ventures.

7. Women Entrepreneurship & Empowerment Programs
Through entrepreneurship, skill development and livelihood initiatives, we work toward creating greater economic independence and leadership opportunities for women.

8. Youth Skill & Career Development
Our programs focus on employability, career readiness, professional skills, leadership, communication, entrepreneurship and industry exposure for young people.

9. Environmental & Plantation Initiatives
Kyvalya Foundation also undertakes environmental awareness and plantation activities. Our initiatives have resulted in 5,000+ plantation efforts, including engagement with students and communities.

10. Community Awareness & Capacity Building
We conduct workshops and awareness programs on child protection, education, health, hygiene, gender equality, entrepreneurship and social development, particularly at the grassroots level.
