REFUND POLICY

Kyvalya Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organisation. Donations and payments received by the Foundation are used to support its educational, social, charitable and community-development activities.

1. Donations

All donations made to Kyvalya Foundation are generally non-refundable once the transaction has been successfully completed.

However, a refund may be considered in cases of:

Duplicate payment;
Payment made due to a technical error;
Incorrect amount debited due to a payment-processing error;
Unauthorised or fraudulent transaction, subject to verification;
Any other circumstance where a refund is required under applicable law.
2. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or have been charged an incorrect amount, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refund requests should include:

Full name;
Email address;
Mobile number;
Transaction ID/reference number;
Date of transaction;
Amount paid; and
Reason for the refund request.
3. Refund Process

All refund requests are subject to verification by Kyvalya Foundation.

Once approved, the refund will normally be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your bank account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or other financial institution.

4. Payment Gateway Charges

Where applicable, payment gateway, banking or transaction charges that are non-refundable may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund Request Period

Refund requests should preferably be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. Requests submitted after this period may be considered only in exceptional circumstances or where required by applicable law.

6. Tax and Donation Receipts

Where a donation receipt or tax-related document has already been issued, any approved refund will be handled in accordance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.
