Kyvalya Foundation Conducts 25+ Entrepreneurship Workshops Across Bundelkhand Under Incubexis Project

Empowering Startups and School Students Through Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Skills Bundelkhand: Under the Incubexis Project, Kyvalya Foundation has successfully conducted 25+ Entrepreneurship Workshops across Bundelkhand, engaging startups, aspiring entrepreneurs, and school students to promote entrepreneurship, innovation, creativity, and problem-solving. The workshops focused on developing an entrepreneurial mindset and providing participants with practical exposure to key areas such as business ideation, innovation, customer discovery, market validation, leadership, financial awareness, business planning, and startup development. A key focus of the initiative has been to introduce entrepreneurship at the school level. Through interactive sessions and practical activities, students were encouraged to identify problems in their communities, think creatively, develop innovative solutions, and explore entrepreneurship as a potential career pathway. The workshops also supported startups and aspiring entrepreneurs by providing insights into understanding customer needs, validating business ideas, building sustainable business models, and exploring opportunities within the startup ecosystem. Through the Incubexis Project, Kyvalya Foundation is working towards strengthening the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation in Bundelkhand and creating an environment where young people can transform their ideas into meaningful opportunities. Growing a Greener Future Through Student-Led Environmental Action Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh | 2025–26: Kyvalya Foundation has successfully completed a major environmental initiative in Jhansi, carrying out the plantation of 5,000+ trees with the active participation of more than 1,000 school students during the 2025–26 period. The initiative was undertaken with the aim of developing environmental awareness, responsibility, and sustainable habits among young students, while contributing to a greener and healthier environment in Jhansi. 🌱 5,000+ Trees Planted | 1,000+ Students Engaged Through this initiative, school students were encouraged to actively participate in plantation activities and understand the importance of trees in maintaining ecological balance, improving the environment, and supporting a sustainable future. The programme goes beyond plantation by focusing on creating a sense of ownership and responsibility among students towards nature. NEWS | Kyvalya Foundation Completes POCSO Training for 500+ Anganwadi Workers

Strengthening Child Safety and Awareness Across Jhansi Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh | 2025–26: Kyvalya Foundation has successfully completed a comprehensive POCSO Act, 2012 awareness and training initiative for more than 500 Anganwadi Workers in Jhansi during the 2025–26 period. The initiative was undertaken with the objective of strengthening awareness and capacity among frontline workers who play an important role in the care, protection, and development of children. The training focused on building a practical understanding of child safety, prevention of sexual offences against children, identification of vulnerable situations, appropriate response mechanisms, and awareness of responsibilities under the POCSO Act, 2012. 500+ Anganwadi Workers Trained Through this initiative, more than 500 Anganwadi Workers have completed the training programme. The programme aims to equip frontline workers with knowledge and confidence to recognize child-protection concerns and respond responsibly while keeping the safety, dignity, and well-being of children at the centre. From Jhansi to Uttar Pradesh The successful completion of the Jhansi initiative represents an important milestone for Kyvalya Foundation. Based on the experience and learning from this programme, the Foundation is now working towards scaling the POCSO awareness and training initiative across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The Foundation envisions creating a wider network of trained and sensitized stakeholders—including Anganwadi Workers, teachers, school staff, parents, and community members—to strengthen the ecosystem of child protection. “Every child deserves a safe environment. Empowering Young Minds Through Practical Learning, Social Impact & Community Engagement Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh: Kyvalya Foundation is pleased to announce the successful completion of its internship programme, with the participation of 20+ students from UPES Dehradun and Bundelkhand University. The internship programme was designed to provide students with meaningful practical exposure, professional learning, field experience, and an understanding of social-sector initiatives. Through their engagement with Kyvalya Foundation, the interns had the opportunity to connect academic learning with real-world challenges and contribute to initiatives focused on creating positive social impact. During the programme, students were encouraged to develop their skills in areas such as research, communication, project coordination, community engagement, documentation, innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving. The participation of students from UPES Dehradun and Bundelkhand University reflects the importance of collaboration between educational institutions and social organisations in creating opportunities for young people to learn beyond the classroom.
